Mihara Tofuten Restaurant

Mihara Tofuten is a gourmet tofu eatery in Bangkok that serves the world's
first tofu omakase (course by course, culinary expert's menu).

Amid your supper, you'll have mixes, flavors, and surfaces of tofu (in addition
to various bean curd and soybean blends) you had never at any point
envisioned were even conceivable.

I'm going to share my whole Mihara Tofuten omakase feast involvement with
you in this article.

Mihara Tofuten Restaurant

Mihara tofu comes a community called Kashima in Saga Prefecture of Japan.
In 1957 the Mihara family bean making little clumps of hand-made tofu
utilizing nearby fixings.
In 2015 when Chef Gaggan Anand was going in Japan, he ate at Mihara
Tofuten, and as per what he said,"he found new pearls of Japanese cooking."
Later he joined forces with Khun Tan and unique cooks and family from
Mihara, and moved the tofu eatery to Bangkok, opening as an omakase style
eatery which opened in 2018.
For me, a biggest aspect regarding Mihara Tofuten is its commitment to
quality and saving the definite taste of the first tofu and bean-curd. Indeed,
even the water to make the tofu is transported direct from Kashima, the first
source, since it assumes such a job in the flavor of the tofu.
Alright, since we have a touch of history, how about we begin eating.
Note: They offer both a veggie lover and non-vegan dinner alternative, I had
the non-vegan.

Crisp hand crafted tofu

Opening course at Mihara Tofuten was crisp home-made tofu, made at the
eatery in Bangkok, yet all fixings, including water, from Japan.
The tofu was fantastically delicate and plush, and I didn't have to bite, it simply
kind of slid down. The wasabi on top was mellow and supplementing.
